What is the refund/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns. All items are non-refundable and FINAL SALE.

If you fail to pay duties and taxes and the package is returned to us, we are not liable. You will be liable to pay the shipping fee again. You will not be eligible for any refunds/credits.

If you entered the wrong address at checkout and we were not immediately notified, then we are not responsible for sending it to the wrong shipping address you provided. No refund will be provided for package as well as shipping fees.

Damaged Item?

In the case that your purchased items arrived to you in damaged condition, we offer certain solutions depending on the condition of the products. Please note that you will need to send us photograph proof that the items arrived damaged in the mail within 24 hours of delivery. If you send us photograph proof after 24 hours, we will not be held liable nor will you be compensated. Please note after 24 hours, the courier company will also not be held liable. 

Piece(s) Missing?

If your jewelry arrives with piece(s) missing, but the missing piece(s) are still in the package, then we will instruct you how to fix it. Once we give it to the courier company, it is out of our hands. We package every item carefully and thoroughly check each and every item. Although, the courier company is liable for the damage, we will try our best to help you.
