How to book an appointment?

Book using the tab "Book An Appointment." We will provide an address upon booking. This is only to prevent drop ins as we only accept appointments. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID.

When do you process orders?

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days once the payment clears.  We also provide 2 day shipping and overnight shipping, but please contact us for all expedited orders. Please note, shipping timeframe is only valid after we process the order. Please expect delays due to the busy summer months. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship all over the world. 

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are according to each country. They will be calculated when you checkout. For domestic orders (USA), shipping will be free for orders above $75 USD. For international orders, shipping will be free for orders $150 USD and above. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Applepay, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. For Zelle, please CONTACT us, we will provide instructions. 

How do custom orders work?

Please contact us for custom orders whether its custom bangles, jewelry, or custom lehengas, suits, etc. 

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders take 4-8 weeks. Under certain conditions, orders can be rushed, however, we highly recommend you give us as much time as possible. For more information about rush orders, please contact us.

See a piece you like but not the color?

Just message us and we can most likely change it to your choice of color!

What can be customized?

Everything can be customized! 

What is the refund/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns. All items are non-refundable and FINAL SALE.

 If you received your order in the mail and fail to pay duties and taxes on it and the courier company mails it back to us, you are not eligible for any refunds or credits.

If you entered the wrong address at checkout and did not let us know directly, we are not responsible for sending it to the false shipping address you provided and will not refund you the value of the packaging + shipping fees.
